The actress’ lawyer has responded to a video posted Thursday (January 3) on TMZ.com that shows her drinking from a bottle of champagne while partying Monday night in Italy. Lohan was spotted drinking straight from the bottle at a party held during the Capri Hollywood Film Festival.
